said more than 2300 years ago what we try to prove to our customers
every day. We received the President's Award based
on customer satisfaction, how we treat and take care of our
customers. Golding Motors would not have been in business
since 1938 had we not continued to strive to produce what customers
should expect when taking their vehicles in for service.
Ford Motor Company presented Golding Motors Service Department and I-CAR Certified
Body Shop,
the Medallion Elite Award which recognizes the top performing
Service Managers, Service Advisors, Parts Managers and
Body Shop Managers who achieve superior performance in customer
satisfaction, both in repeat business and always meeting our
customers' needs.
Level 1 Service Department is an award presented
to Golding Motors Service Department and I-CAR Certified
Body Shop, by Ford Motor Company showing the "Trust Factor"
Ford has in our Dealership.
None of this would mean "a hill of beans" if not for our
technicians, and having the commitment, Ford and ASE training
they all have achieved, and last, but by no means least, Caring
for our Customers.
