The
Credit Application Online is a "fillable form", with a friendly
user interface. When you click on the link below, this will open a LARGE
(700KB) file, which you can fill out on your computer, then email or
print and mail (or fax) to our Finance Department. You will need Adobe
Reader 7 to complete the form, and it is available for download
here. The toolbars and other options are NOT required, and
we suggest you NOT include them in the download of the reader.
The
Credit Application information you complete is NOT
stored online, it is local to your computer. When you send your information
via email, the information is encrypted, and the appropriate form is
required to open the data in a readable form.
Again, this is
a VERY LARGE file (700KB) to open, so be patient, please.

This will download a self-extracting zipped (compressed) file to your
computer. When the download is complete, open the file and complete
the form. When you have completed the form, you can print the Application
for your records, and click "Submit by Email" to send the
Application to Golding Motors.
